点评:Cannot fault the staff that work inside Puxton. Most receptionist are very friendly and take time to speak to the children, kindly. On a couple of occasion reception staff have raised a voice/not been overly pleasant and sometimes rude. For instance, my child was putting on a snowman’s hat on the railway. Two receptionist shouted to stop touching. This train track had clearly been touched and was a mess. There was no sign on it to say you couldn’t touch it, either. Be weary if you buy a season ticket. You have to name both adults and have a picture. Even if you have your children there you can’t let someone else come in with you. It is pricey for the attraction and because of this we will not be visiting again which is a shame because when you are inside, the staff are friendly. I think the animal enclosures need a bit more updating and more space.
