点评:Awful experience. Firstly they offered us a dirty table outside that hadn’t been cleaned. We then asked to switch tables and we were given another table not much better with bird poo on the table which took about 10 minutes to flag down a waiter to clean it. My partner ordered the tagliatelle with ragu and I had the carbonara. The carbonara looked odd straight away and I hardly ate much. We were trying to flag down the waiters to complain and get the bill but the service was very poor as they were too busy standing around chatting and laughing instead of focusing on customer service. On noting the carbonara looked odd, the cheese being the same colour as American cheese and of a clumpy consistency rather than smooth and creamy as a carbonara should be, we were told by the waiter that it was a standard carbonara using pecorino and the colouring was due to the eggs used. The waiter was most unhelpful and refused to take anything off the bill or offer another portion. Very poor customer service at an establishment in a tourist trap. If your food is not to your liking we were advised to note immediately so if you are in the same situation please ensure you flag down the waiters as soon as you can, even if this means going up to speak to them instead of waiting on them approaching your table. Had a lovely afternoon in Siena with beautiful scenery but the experience was ruined by the staff at this establishment.
