Worst experience ever! Avoid this company!

点评：We booked a bamboo rafting and tubing tour in Jamaica in September with Chukka.
So we went for the rafting tour and after that the driver drives us at the hotel, and we never did the tubing, even tho we extra payed for that!
So we explained and complained at the hotel nexus representative (cause we booked through them) and Chukka office only refunded us for less then the half we paid. We paid 109$/person extra and we were only refunded of 40$/person. So we loose 69$/person.
And when we asked why we hadn’t be able to do the tubing tour, they said that the portion of the river where we were supposed to do the tubing wasn’t operational. But never refund us for the total we paid!
So they absolutely didn’t offer us what we have paid for!
They have stolen us our experience, our money and our time!
Avoid this company at all cost, they are thiefs, untrust worthy and dishonest
