Unreliable operator - avoid for peace of mind

点评：Very unreliable experience. We booked in advance specifically to secure the 9:30am rafting tour. When we arrived at the office meeting point at 9:20am, the office was completely closed and there was no communication from the operator. We only received a message after 10am informing us that the driver had been in an accident.
While accidents can happen, the main issue was the complete lack of communication and contingency planning. We were not informed in advance, offered an alternative arrangement, or given enough notice to book with another company. The operation appeared to depend entirely on one person, which created a stressful and disappointing experience during our holiday.
Unfortunately, this also meant we missed rafting on the Tara River, which looks absolutely amazing and is definitely a must-do experience in the area.
If you are visiting the area only once and want a relaxed and reliable experience, I would recommend choosing a larger operator with backup staff and better customer communication.
