Excellent example of gastro/slow travel tourism. The best Istria experience ever!

点评：At first, we wanted to take our 6-year-old olive lover to the Olive Oil Museum in Pula, but we arrived just before closing time. We promised him we’d come another day, but then I decided to look for a more authentic experience directly on a farm and stumbled upon the Brist website. The fantastic website convinced me this would be a whole different league. Everything was described perfectly, so tourists don’t have to guess and know exactly what to expect. Convenient online booking, and you pay only after the tour ends.
The Olive Grove Tour at sunset was the highlight of our short vacation in Istria and one of my top experiences ever. Lena and Paul, thank you – this is a beautiful example of gastro and slow travel tourism. During the walk, we learned so many interesting facts about olive trees and oil that we didn’t know before. The prepared table with oil tastings and refreshments was an absolute dream. I felt like I was in a movie or a catalog for the most beautiful wedding venues in Provence. And the smell and taste of the oils? Fabulous. I recommend a visit to your farm to everyone I meet, and we have to come back. Ideally for the olive harvest, which I would love to experience. Thanks!
