Singular and amazing experience for locals and SD Visitors

点评：Friends of ours recommended this experience and it was absolutely one of the most fun, interesting and engaging experiences.
The location is in Alpine in the CLEVELAND National Park. The location has the stunning scenery of mountain to ocean vistas.
Directions were specific and very accurate.
Our hosts Kirk and Denise are full of fascinating information about the birds, the history of falconry and how they are registered and licensed and why these things are important. They speak to the preservation and protection of these amazing birds.
Our first encounter was with Luna, an 8 week old barn owl. She stole my heart. She still had her fluffy little chick feathers and was so interesting to watch “triangulate”
We also met a screech owl, a Harris Hawk, “Storm” and a falcon named “Ali Baba G.” Each bird was introduced and we engaged in different flying exercises. Being able to receive a large hawk or falcon on your gloved arm was truly thrilling.
The time flew (sorry for the pun) by and I was left wanting to learn more and round up friends and family to experience this awesome experience in the future.
