点评：Go when the weather is sunny and check the website for snake activity before you go.
There were so many people there - we went on Mother’s Day weekend. There was a line up of cars along the highway. Thankfully when we drove in the parking lot, there was one accessible parking spot still available. There were not many accessible parking spaces.
There is a lot of walking between the snake pits, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The paths are smooth - it looks like a person could use a wheelchair, stroller, scooter, walker. I was on crutches and handled it fine, except for the long distances between dens.
The children there that day were having a blast. It’s a great spot for kids to get out and enjoy nature.
We saw quite a few snakes, even though the weather was a bit cooler. Most snakes were in the pits, not on the paths.
