点评:We recently visited Natchez Trace State Park for the first time. We did the Backcountry Camping and stayed at Cub Lake Site B, which was approximately a 2.5 mile hike from the visitor center following the Red Leaves Trail. Unfortunately, some parts of the trail were poorly maintained due to fallen trees, so be alert to avoid getting lost. When we arrived at our campsite, it was well kept and very close to the lake. There was a shelter with four bunks and a table for our gear. There was also a large log to sit on in front of the fire pit. We had some cell service, but the only issue we encountered was a very loud noise that sounded like a continuous siren. We had no idea if it was an alert system or if it was coming from the lake pump / water system close by that went on for 2-3 hours (approximately 7pm - 10pm).
