点评:We visited in April. It was hard to find, no signage. The building smelled of cats, cat pee and I did not go in as the doorway stench was horrible. I did not see the actual "museum" as it was in a hallway but you had to dodge 20+ cats, volunteers eating breakfast and lots of clutter to get in there to see it. We waited outside for the trolley with many meowing cats. I regret not leaving but my kid wanted to ride a real trolley. The 2 operators - one long time volunteer was training a newbie and both hard of hearing and screaming and swearing at each other. The newbie was getting yelled at, swatted at, hands smacked, insulted and humiliated for not doing the controls correctly. The "tour" was awful- inappropriate content, racist language, foul language and wrong facts. The conductors could not hear to interact with the guests and my complaints after were met with a oh look its a yankee, well bless your heart that's just how we do things here.
