点评：We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect birthday party for our daughter, Rosie. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every single detail had been so thoughtfully planned and organised. The team made everything feel completely effortless, allowing us to relax and enjoy such a special day.
Rosemary, Holly and all of the wonderful staff went above and beyond to make sure every child felt included, safe and had the most amazing time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness, patience and enthusiasm shone through all afternoon.
The ponies were absolutely incredible—so calm, gentle and beautifully behaved. It was obvious how well they are cared for, and seeing the children’s faces light up while spending time with them was something we’ll never forget. Every single child had the biggest smile and loved every second of the experience.
We’re just so grateful to Rosemary, Holly and the whole team for making Rosie’s birthday so magical. Your hard work, dedication and genuine love for what you do created memories that our family will treasure forever.
It’s so rare these days to find a team that genuinely cares as much as you all do, and it shows in absolutely everything you do. Thank you for giving Rosie a birthday that she will be talking about for years to come. We will treasure the memories forever and can’t wait to visit again. 🩷🐴
