Obnoxious staff, tired and dirty.

点评：What a terrible experience! Awful customer service and really upset my daughter. I won’t be returning.
It’s half term, so naturally looking for places to take my children, aged 1 and 7. I’d been to Jelly Beans in the past when my eldest was younger and liked that she could run free and I could actually see her in all areas…it’s safe to say it’s certainly not what it was!! Lots of broken toys, dirty mats:ball pools, unsafe gaps in mats etc. and a very obnoxious experience with the lady that ‘greeted us’.
As we arrived and I wrote my children’s names and ages, the lady at the counter said very abruptly, ‘well she can’t come in and play, if she’s here she has to sit on a seat and not leave the table!!’. I asked her to clarify, naturally looking quite bewildered by her aggressive stance, to which she said ‘we don’t allow any children in here over 5 and she must under no circumstances leave the table’. My poor daughter burst into tears, feeling quite victimised in front of a large queue of people. At this point I’d already paid and felt rather trapped.
The place was heaving, with adults stood everywhere amongst the play space with young children. What difference would my responsible daughter have made?!
I appreciate it’s advertised as ‘under 5’, but my daughter was never intending to play and was there to support me with my baby son. She was looking forward to engaging with her brother and catching him at the bottom of the slides.. she certainly wasn’t intending to slide and partake!
I couldn’t believe the tone and the way she made us both feel. My friend behind me suggested we ask for a refund, but at this point I was so embarrassed and upset by the way she’d humiliated my daughter that I just wanted to get a way from the desk and comfort her.
There’s certainly ways to deliver that message and that wasn’t it!
Not very accommodating for parents of mixed aged children and terribly abrupt staff.
Will never return!

我们到达后，我写下了孩子们的名字和年龄，柜台的女士突然说道：“她不能进来玩，如果她来了，就必须坐在座位上，不能离开桌子！”我请她解释一下，自然被她咄咄逼人的姿态弄得一头雾水。她回答说：“我们不允许5岁以上的儿童入场，而且她在任何情况下都不能离开座位。” 我可怜的女儿哭了起来，感觉自己在一大群人面前受到了不公正的对待。此时我已经付了钱，感觉自己被困住了。
游乐场里人头攒动，到处都是大人和小孩。如果我女儿是个负责任的女儿，那又能有什么不同呢？！
我很感激广告上写着“5岁以下”，但我女儿根本没打算玩，只是来支持我和我的宝贝儿子。她本来想和她哥哥玩，在滑梯底部接住他……但她绝对没打算自己滑，也不想参与其中！
我简直不敢相信她说话的语气，以及她让我们俩都感到多么难受。我身后的朋友建议我们申请退款，但此时此刻，我被她羞辱我女儿的方式弄得尴尬又难过，只想离开柜台去安慰她。
当然有办法传达这种信息，但这不是办法！
这家餐厅对混龄儿童的家长不太友好，工作人员也非常粗鲁。
再也不会来了！
