点评：The scam of all scams happens here.
In spite of reading the reviews and being alert, I got scammed by the priest Biswajit Mahopatra.
It's too much crowded, not for faint heartred.
It's almost like a stampede.
Just go with the crowd, or you will be conned by every other person in the name of God.
The security, the priest, you name it.
Every single person is involved.
They do all this right in front of God.
He asked us 2k for the whole process of darshan, etc.
Then he made us visit every other priest who threatened us with dire consequences if we didn't pay up.
By the time we realized we were conned, we had lost almost 4k.
It looks so foolish that it happened to us in spite of being alert. Believe me, they are just professionals.
Beware:
There's no special line,
No skip, in line.You just go with the crowd ,get darshan, and exit.
It's as simple as that.
Don't hire any priests.
Even locals convinced me that priests are innocent and people just defame them.
I am disappointed with the whole Puri trip.
Even in Chilika Lake, they are doing this kind of cheating business.
It's like every place they wait for tourists to trap them.
