Awful Experience – Don’t Waste Your Money! Insane queue times on quiet day. Failed to get on one ride. Ripoff scam

点评：Visited PortAventura on a Thursday *off-season* and honestly, I can't even imagine how much worse it must be when it's actually busy. The ticket prices were sky-high, and after paying a small fortune to get in, we were immediately greeted by a **Guest Services queue** that must have been at least **an hour long**. Gave up waiting because who wants to spend their day queuing before you even get inside?
Once in the park, it didn’t get any better. Average **queue times were around 1 hour 45 minutes**, with the main attractions showing **2 hours 30 minutes** wait times. Reluctantly got in line for one of them – only for the ride to **break down** after nearly an hour of standing there. No apology, no explanation, just told to leave the line.
At that point, we just wandered around trying to salvage the day, but we didn’t manage to go on **a single ride**. Not one. Queue times were so ridiculous it simply wasn’t worth it. The entire experience was **extremely disappointing** and left us feeling completely ripped off.
Again – this was **off-season**, on a **Thursday**. I shudder to think what kind of nightmare this place is when it's actually peak season. Save your time, your money, and your sanity – there are far better parks out there that respect their guests' time (and wallets).
