点评:We did the Muskegon to Milwaukee trip on October 06 2024. Upon arrival at the Muskegon terminal we were informed that the waves were 5-6 high and that we could cancel and receive a refund. Since they were still making the trip we thought it would not be too bad. I did not see anyone cancel their trip. The second we left the breakwater the boat pitched violently for the remainder of the trip. Concessions closed and the outer deck was closed. The concession crew and 2 other crew members spent the whole trip collecting barf bags and consoling passengers under distress. The only reason to leave your seat was to use the bathroom. People doing this were struggling to not be thrown to the floor. I was concerned that a few of the elderly people were so sick that they might have a worse medical event.
Yes, we made the decision to go but if we had known how horrible of a trip it was going to be we would have never gone. We applaud the staff for their performance during the trip but condemn the decision to let anyone go on that voyage.

是的,我们决定去,但如果我们知道这将是一次多么可怕的旅行,我们就不会去。我们赞扬工作人员在旅途中的表现,但谴责让任何人参加这次航行的决定。
