点评：A Midwestern niece and I took a full day motorized trip, with thirty-three other customers in six boats. I'll get right to the point, and I know the industry very well, I would never go with HRR again, or recommend them to others. No safety talk, no bathroom guidance, no Leave No Trace discussion, no help on and off boat for overweight passengers, no life jacket adjustments before heading downstream (and shockingly guides allowing NO LIFEJACKETS for well over half the trip (teenagers included), and in one case, a GUIDE NOT WEARING HIS. This is a disaster waiting to happen, and as I told the uninterested head of the operation on the phone days later, "He would look into it." No promise of follow up, no gratitude for tracking him down (not easy) and sharing my considered and professional insights. As someone who worked in the adventure travel industry in Grand Canyon National Park for thirty years, my advice would be to move down your list for a family day trip in Canyon Country.
