Disappointing ..and not as advertised...no staff on site..and car in bad condition..also dangerous walk to pickup

点评：Not a good experience...while booking and communication was easy it was a bit of a surprise to find out that this isnt a "brick and mortar business" ..they have no staff on site...they send you by text message information where the car is located..and the keys are in a box at the car. You then have to fill-in the rental contract yourself and text it to them. Also they expect you to have your own insurance (which they dont tell you when you book but see it on the contract in the car only).
Lastly...the walk up from the cruise ship is on a 4 lane highway with 45mph speed limit..and without a walkway..thus you walk up a steep hill for 15 minutes along a curved road where cars race down to get your car (and the same back when you drop it off).
Lastly, the car was in very bad condition..the tires were nearly fully run down...and the car rumbled driving it... when I informed the company (by text message), the only answer was "we will have it properly checked after you return it"...and no more communication after that.
We dropped the car back off after 6 hours as it dit not feel safe driving it in the rain.
