Told to leave early so they could set up for an event

点评：The exhibits are fantastic! Saw amazing things.
Big problem was the staff. We bought our tickets just before 4pm. The woman who sold us the tickets told us the museum closed at 5pm, which we were aware.
Unfortunately, at 4:40, she told us we needed to leave early because they were having an event - an event that we had asked her about as we were buying our tickets because pictures were being taken. She didn’t say they were closing early. SHE stated they closed at 5pm.
When she said we had to leave, we immediately headed for the exit. When we located the staircase, the lights were off and I had to find the light switch. When we got to the top, it was roped off. We had to creep under it.
It ruined what had been such an unexpected, delightful find for us.
Do better.
