点评:We did the full day hike with a guide (you could easily do this hike without a guide - the path is very obvious), however I would recommend a guide because what would otherwise be a pleasant walk through the jungle becomes an educational experience. Phuc (our guide) was able to spot and then describe the behaviour of a number of animals that we would have simply have walked past without noticing. He also had an in-depth knowledge of the uses of many plant species including my favourite: the colourful and appetising looking, one time fruit. So named because you only get to eat it once - as it is fatal. The hike is strenuous and requires the use of hands to scramble over the rocky stretches - trainers are sufficient when it is dry but would advise against it in the rain (to provide context we are moderately fit 60 year olds). After 'summiting' the 5 peaks on the route we stopped for lunch at Viet Hi village. Here you have the opportunity to have fish nibble the skin off your feet while you are nibbling on your overpriced lunch. We were then provided with bicycles to explore the fields around the village (which is itself in an amazing setting) and then enjoyed a downhill ride to the harbour where a speed boat took us out to a floating fishing village. Included in our tour was the use of kayaks to paddle around the various bays and inlets of Lan Ha Bay as the sun started to set - magical. The speed boat then took us back to the jetty with a golf cart transfer to our hotel. ps Keep an eye out on the way back as we were lucky enough to see a troop of the critically endangered golden-headed langurs on an island.
All of the above (excluding lunch) was $21! One of the best days we have had during our multiple visits to Vietnam.

以上所有费用(不含午餐)仅需21美元!这是我们多次越南之旅中最美好的一天之一。
