Bushcrafting with Jedi masters

点评：I recently attended the weekend bushcraft course together with my son and had a super cordage twisting, tarp building, snare viewing, fire lighting, naturally navigating, plant foraging, wood chopping, deer skinning, fish gutting and partridge inverting time.
I confess I had little experience and knowledge of Bushcraft apart from hiking and the seminal "Lofty Wiseman's Survival Handbook" that my mum gifted me in my teenage years (a long, long time ago).... However, there was no need to worry, the instructors, Craig, Mark and Stacey all knew their stuff and were attentive, patient and best of all had a brilliant sense of humour that put everyone at ease. Speaking of the group there were 12 of us in total and were all a good bunch of friendly outdoor souls.
We slept under a tarp we erected ourselves for the two nights although some people brought their tents.
There was a lot of information covering a broad range of topics to imbibe from fire so will be back to focus on topics of particular interest to me such as foraging and navigation.
Definitely recommend this to anyone interested in the outdoors.
