点评:I have fond memories of coming here as a child 40 years ago. It has changed a lot, initially it seemed much improved. However, having not visited since pre pandemic. It cost me £26 to get in. You now only get access to the park for half a day. The play facilities are reduced. Everything has been monetised. £3 parking. £5 each for adults. There are two massive bouncy pillows and about 5 other things that over 5's can access. If you want to zorb that's another £3 each!!!!
Coffee stands, ice cream stands, candy floss stands littered about...all charging exorbitant prices. No seats for adults in the shade. A distinct lack of seats in general. I'm just shocked. As a single mum I feel ripped off and the kids are bored after an hour and a half into the park. The shops on site are extremely expensive and are for people who have large bank accounts.
Greed is at the bottom of this. I won't advise anyone comes here and will tell everyone I know to avoid. This park isn't built for kids to truly have a magical experience, this is capitalism at its worst. Shame on the owners.
