点评：Exceptional customer support and service. Special mentions to Mal (Malcom Watson on the exhibition floor) and Carol upstairs in the cafe who went above and beyond to ensure my disabled relative had the best experience.
The centre is fully accessible so wheelchair users and people with disabilities and differences can enjoy and experience the centre inclusively without feeling like they are a hindrance as can often be the case in places like this.
This is a combination of the adaptations to the centre and the exceptional staff who work and volunteer there. They really make such a difference.
Concessions for disabled and access card accepted and carers go free.
3 disabled bays opposite the centre a short roll up a hill - it’s totally pot luck if there is a space . The route from the bigger car park in the town is accessible just bumpy and narrow so enough space for a wheelchair but in parts people had to move from pavement for us to pass.
Highly recommend to fellow disabled and neurodiverse people. Cafe is well worth a visit (staff are wonderful) and food is lovely. Thank you for going above and beyond 😊
