Apple Jacks Adventure Farm的点评
点评：Such a good day out for little ones , everything was great for the price! The kids really really enjoyed it , went with a big group ages ranged from 2 - 10 and was good for all of them!
Such a bad ending though and made me question about going again ! In the bouncy castle area there was an inflatable obstacle course ( all closed off ) like a tunnel , I’ve added a picture I found on TikTok!
A man who worked there went over to switch it off , baring in mind this bouncy castle area was still full of children!! Luckily I was watching and thinking surely he is not going to switch that off as kids were running wild still! He didn’t check at all for any children inside and switched it off , no safely procedure was in place to actually check. Luckily I clocked someone still in there , instantly ran over and told him that there is a child in there , his response was ‘ no there isn’t ’ again I said please listen there is a child! He said 3 times there wasn’t! I walked around the other side in a panic and seen a little girl screaming and struggling and I shouted get it back up now , she’s stuck ! I tried to get in to get her out but it was fully deflated! Baring in mind it was a very hot day so very warm in there and no air at all! She managed to get out safely but obviously in shock and very very upset!! I told this worker I seen him just put it down without checking and he said ‘ I did check ‘ he did not care or have any remorse what had just happened. He didn’t even ask her if she was okay or apologise to her mum ! He just walked away!
Absolutely awful! I seen the mum of the little girl putting a complaint in about this man and I heard the girl saying ‘ he’s on one today , we’ve had another complaint ‘ on one ? He is working in a place full of young children. Safely should always be a top priority and if you can’t do that don’t work in a setting for young children!

一个工作人员走过去想把障碍赛道关掉，要知道当时充气城堡区里还有很多孩子！幸好我当时在旁边看着，心想他肯定不会关掉的，因为孩子们还在到处跑！他根本没检查里面有没有孩子就关掉了，也没有任何安全检查程序。幸好我看到里面还有人，我立刻跑过去告诉他里面有个孩子，他的回答是“没有”，我又说了一遍，请听我说，里面有个孩子！他重复了三遍“没有”！我惊慌失措地绕到另一边，看到一个小女孩尖叫着挣扎，我大喊：“快把充气垫升起来！她被困住了！” 我试图进去救她，但充气垫已经完全瘪了！要知道那天天气很热，里面非常闷热，而且一点空气都没有！她最终安全脱险，但显然受到了惊吓，非常非常难过！我告诉那个工作人员，我看到他没检查就把充气垫放了，他却说“我检查过了”。他对刚才发生的事情毫不在乎，也没有任何悔意。他甚至没有问她是否安好，也没有向她妈妈道歉！他就这么走了！
真是太糟糕了！我看到小女孩的妈妈在投诉这个人，我还听到小女孩说：“他今天又犯事了，我们又接到投诉了。” 犯事？他可是在一个全是小孩的地方工作啊。安全永远应该是最重要的，如果做不到这一点，就不要在幼儿机构工作！
