帕尔米图斯动植物园的点评
点评：We recently visited Palmitos Park whilst holidaying in Gran Canaria - wow!
We have been to too many zoos and wildlife parks to count, but Palmitos is by far the best one!
The park is situated up in the beautiful hills, surrounded by greenery. Accessible by bus, taxi or transfer.
They have so many gorgeous animals to see. A personal favourite experience of mine was the bird enclosure; where you can walk through and feed the birds and they will land right on you. Get your liquid feed from a machine inside the enclosure; pop in 2€ and a little tub will come out. It’s really lovely. You can also feed the koi carp & terrapins in the huge pond, again getting your feed from the nearby machine - so make sure to take change!
The birds of prey show was amazing; watching the eagles etc fly off through the mountains. They also have a tropical birds show. Make sure to check out the information board at the beginning of the park so that you’re aware of the show times!
Or course, the best show of all was the dolphin show. It was absolutely incredible to watch and the loving bond between the staff and the dolphins was very clear to see.
They have plenty of toilets, places to get a cold drink, restaurant and gift shop.
