A catholic gem in Radna

点评：Built in 1325 - so it it has some history - at the entrance you shall see a plaque that tells you about the history of the place.
Refurbished between 2013 and 2015 - today is shining in its full glory.
The church itself is also a place of pilgrimage - especially in August when the celebrations of the Holy Mother are in the religious calendar.
It is opened to the public - visiting the church is free of charge and I can say it can be very interesting.
There is also a special item of legend on one of the walls where it is supposed the you the imprint of horse shoe on the wall - legend says an Ottoman rider rode his horse into the church - the horse kicked the wall and the imprint is there.
Also on the premises - behind the church inside the courtyard you shall find a museum -, pity it was closed when we were there , during its hours when it was supposed to be open.
On your way out you can also stop at the gift shop to get some souvenirs to remind you of the visit.
Parking at the monastery is free of charge however on the holidays it might be a bit crowded.
