Fantastic five-day sailing course

点评：We did the Competent Crew sailing course aboard Jessy of Adrigole for five days, and had a brilliant experience. Gail managed the booking process and gave helpful advice on transport arrangements, packing tips and local recommendations prior to the course start.
Niall was a fantastic, patient, experienced instructor, clearly explaining everything, putting us at our ease, and building our confidence. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure we had a great balance between learning and relaxing. We also had plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Bantry Bay and spot dolphins, porpoises and all kinds of bird life while we were at sea. Every night we had a lovely vegetarian meal prepared by Niall, with very generous portions, and despite the cold weather we also had great fun going for a quick dip in the bay at the end of the day's sailing.
Would recommend the course to anyone considering it - and having seen visitors go out kayaking with seals in Adrigole as we disembarked, we may just have to come back to try that, too!
