Very good - unforgettable experience
Cheetah Outreach - Somerset West的点评
点评：We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cheetah Outreach, and it gave us an experience we will remember forever, being able to stroke a couple of these gorgeous big cats.
Having heard their story, that they lost their mum and simply would not have survived in the wild, we had no concerns that they had been deprived of a life out in the wild.
To be honest, I'm reasonably convinced that many animals would choose a life of being safe and pampered and fed, rather than having lots of space around you, but also having to find food, avoid being food for something else, and steering clear of fights! Just my view...and the cheetah we saw looked quite happy with their life. We paid for the Adult encounter, and also the Cub encounter, and we loved both experiences. The encounter itself is very well managed, and we had lots of photos taken with our cameras by the excellent team (shout out to Donna especially).
All in all, we had a wonderful hour or so there, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
If there's any downside/feedback I'd offer, they do look just a wee bit dis-organised sometimes, and I'm sure if they got their heads together, they could make it a more efficiently run operation. It's slightly charming mind you!
I'd also look at the pricing, as R10 (less than 50p) for the general walk-around is way too cheap. I think we paid 5 times that to access a boardwalk to check out the penguins at Betty's Bay. Keep the pricing cheap for locals and those that need the help, but for the tourists, I think you could make it R100 and still be good value (less for kids) The encounters could be priced a bit higher too, but not much, and still represent great value for what the person gets, an unforgettable experience.

另外，我觉得价格也应该考虑一下，10兰特（不到50便士）的普通参观费实在太便宜了。我记得我们在贝蒂湾（Betty's Bay）走木栈道去看企鹅，花的钱是这个的五倍。当地居民和需要帮助的人可以享受低价，但对于游客来说，我觉得100兰特的价格也算合理（儿童价格可以更低一些）。互动体验项目的价格也可以稍微高一些，但不要太高，这样才能保证物有所值，毕竟这是一次难忘的经历。
