Water gushing out of rocks everywhere. . . Takes a long time drive and plan the day

点评：Today at Thousand Springs, we did Ritter Island, Box Canyon, and Niagara Springs, because it is easy access on the East side of 30. Come in From Wendell, west on E2900 (Hagerman Hwy) and turn S on S. 1500 E (W point RD) to access these 3 places. These took us about 2.5 hours, because of the driving distance. It will take you longer if you are coming from somewhere further away. Ritter Island was being flooded so we were not allowed on the island, but there is a nice little park (restrooms and picnic tables) there. Drive back into the park area to walk a very short distance to the 2 falls coming out of the Rocks. Beautiful. Then on to Box Canyon, We did not walk the 1 mile hike to see a 20 foot falls after just seeing The one AT Ritter Island. Then on to Niagara Springs. The dirt road area is only on the steep part, then there is not much signage, , keep going straight on the paved road past, just past the fish Hatchery is the FAlls. A small parking area, and a very short hike you are there to see the water gushing out of the Rocks. It would be nice if they got rid of a lot of shrubbery that is growing up there., , Don't know if you'll even be able to see the falls in a few years. Enjoy. This was all free. Box Canyon Springs said it was a fee area for $7.00 but there was not envelops around anywhere to complete the transaction.
