Really beautiful location, with animals and rides

点评：My daughters and I visited this park in the end of October. Even though we are adults, and I didn’t do any rides, I still had a good time.
The park is so pretty, with wooded areas and hills. You can see some really nice views when on the tops of the hills. Of course, that means having to walk to the top to begin with. The paths are wide and paved (for the most part), but it is a hilly park.
I loved the walk-through animal section. It’s a nice walk in nature, with the bonus of getting to see and possibly feed deer.
There’s also some animal enclosures that have wild cats, more deer, and two bears. The bears will get on their back legs and “beg” for treats. You can buy food out of a feeder to throw down to them. They’ll try to catch it in their mouths. Probably not very “pc” in this day and age, but it is adorable to see.
The rides looked fun, and some seemed rather unique. The park itself was extremely clean. I had one very unfriendly employee wait on me at a gift shop, but otherwise the staff was very nice.
We were at the park when the Halloween decorations are up, and they go all out! It was really fun to see. I especially liked the fake cemetery.
There are several food stands in the park selling items like currywurst, fries, etc. I recommend the cotton candy, which is made on the premises.
