Disgusting Rooms, Rude Staff, and a Total Waste of Money

点评：We booked two nights here at nearly $200 per night and had one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. The first room they gave us had black mold—completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. Only after arguing that we could not breathe in such conditions did they move us to another, somewhat cleaner room.
Things only went downhill from there. Our room didn’t have an iron, and we called FOUR different times requesting one. No one ever brought it—until the following day, conveniently after they called to push us into filling out a survey. When we later called the front desk again, the receptionist hung up on us and ignored our request entirely.
For the price we paid, this level of service and disregard for basic cleanliness and guest safety is appalling. Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other places that actually care about their guests.
