Krazy World Zoo的点评
点评：We visited Krazy World yesterday and overall found the experience disappointing.
The main issue was the attitude of one young member of staff behind the bar. I spoke to him politely and he was rude and dismissive, to the point of ignoring me when I was speaking to him. As a 40-year-old man visiting with my family, spending a fair amount of money in the park, I was genuinely surprised to be treated like that for no reason. It was unnecessary and left a poor impression.
The park itself was fine, but more limited than I expected. There are three pools and one slide. The toddler pool was useful, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. We also were not charged for the loungers, which was a positive.
The petting zoo was underwhelming. It felt more like a few enclosures with llamas and goats that you walk past, rather than a proper petting zoo experience. The show was good, and credit where it is due, the entertainers worked hard and my son enjoyed it.
One thing that surprised me was that I could not see any lifeguards clearly on duty around the pool areas. There was one staff member at the top of the slide, but given the number of small children in and around the water, I expected a more visible poolside presence.
Interestingly, the majority of visitors appeared to be Portuguese rather than tourists, which gave the park a more local feel.
Overall, it was fine, but I would not be rushing back. I would also suggest management have a word with their young bar staff. Being rude to paying customers is not a good look, and it was completely unnecessary.
