Dreadful experience for my 22 staff, avoid for corporate events!

点评:I had a very poor experience with poor customer service and even worse service from the general manager recently. After booing a Christmas party for 22 staff costing an awful lot of money. We attended the ‘work’ over 18’s party to be met with staff not letting my team enter. All correspondence including FAQs etc were checked and no mention throughout the whole process of ID was mentioned otherwise we would have been more than prepared. ID for an over 18 work event!!!!!!!!!!
Before we got in the door I had some of my staff in tears which then ruined the night. Following this there staff internally followed those staff around targeting them from earlier in the evening, they felt extremely uncomfortable and upset by the experience, as did I spending thousands of pounds!
I complained to the general manager and received a response from him which basically shut me down and not interested. I advised I would be reviewing my experience to ensure others have the visibility. His response to me in writing and this says it all from a poor customer service standpoint was (I quote) “then I will you be sharing that you raised your voice and swore at my staff”
If that’s not covering your back I don’t know what is!
Really let down by such a large local business. Disappointed doesn’t come close.
