点评:What a wonderful and unique experience! Highly recommend. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Bor and their dogs. We began things with a short walk to where the goats are kept and there it was explained all about raising goats, etc and time for answering all our questions and petting the goats if you wanted. Next we went to the building where they make the cheese and again it was explained in great detail and very interesting. Then we were brought to a room where a lovely rustic farm table was set for the ten of us. The meal was an amazing Farm to Table experience - vegetables grown from their gardens, carafes of local wine, veal from a neighbor and of course their own cheese. There was plenty of food and it was all fantastic and Tita was not only a wonderful cook but also a gracious host explaining the dishes we were eating and spending time talking with us. I have some pictures of the food but honestly some dishes we ate up before I could even get a photo! I imagine the menu changes depending on the time of year and what is available but for us we had - soft cheese spread with 3 different toppings and 2 types of homemade breads, roasted butternut squash over cheese with nuts and herbs, another plate of roasted vegetables, salad, veal goulash over couscous and a wonderful cake with layers of pastry and cheese. And then ending with cheese, naturally! Truly it was all delish and a high point of our trip to the area.
