Kumparička的点评
点评：A group of six adults visited the Kumparička estate in mid-August 2025. We had made a reservation in advance, and on the day of our visit, there were a total of 21 guests. It was probably the peak of the season, since the staff did not show much enthusiasm upon our arrival. The welcome drink consisted of 2 or 3 half-empty bottles of homemade brews. We started with a tour of the farm (they have 300 goats), which was quite interesting. However, I would have expected the farm to be somewhat better organized and cleaner. Dinner followed with five courses. The food was not bad, and the portions were sufficiently large. The vegetable dishes, young cheese dishes and dessert were of high quality. The roasted goat was solid. All the food is locally produced (on farm). The downside was the wine. We drank locally produced Malvasia, but it was of poor quality and very warm. After dessert, they brought 3 cheeses for tasting, aged 2, 4, and 6 months. The first one was satisfactory, but the second (aged 4 months) had a very unpleasant smell and taste. I didn't try the last one... In my opinion, the whole affair was not worth 50 EUR per person, which is what they charge for this 'experience.' The younger generation, who have (which is commendable) taken over the farm from their parents and continue the tradition, also want to make a good profit. As a comparison, I should mention that the next day we ate much better at one of the agritourisms in central Istria (where they also produce everything locally and have been in this business for 28 years) for about half the money.
