Nice place, false info on phone and lady was very rude.

点评：Kids loved the place and had a blast! Negative is I called ahead of time to get info about having my sons birthday party there, which was useless/false info. Was told on phone that parents would be allowed to drop off their 14 yr old and parents don’t have to pay if they weren’t staying…that was not so, they made me stay at the gate and wait on each kid to arrive, also wouldn’t let me just pay in advance for my family/friends that I knew would be showing up, I planned the party, I wanted to fund it. But In order to do that I was supposed to sit at the gate and wait until everyone had arrived. So my option was miss the party sitting at gate or make people I invited pay when they got there. They wouldn’t take my money in advance. Anyway those are definitely reasons I wouldn’t have planned it there had I not been told all of the incorrect info. When I told them what I was told, their response was , we have volunteers answer the phone and they don’t know. Poor communication, I’d rather be told I don’t know the answer over a lie anyday. Lady was also very rude upon arrival. Overall nice well kept place. Just don’t trust anything your told over the phone!
