点评:Over the years I have always loved going to the gallery and seeing the interesting exhibitions and enjoyed having coffee and lunch at the cafe. Unfortunately our experience at the cafe this time with two friends who had just driven up from Sydney was a disaster.
The owner whom I presume is new, was very abrupt and rude. He had two young boys helping who obviously had no experience because he was having to direct them the entire time.
We arrived at 12 noon and the pasta and sauce on top of the menuboard was unavailable, but not struck off the board. So we looked at the sandwich and cake display where the choice was very limited.
There was a long queue of people waiting to be served while the owner was checking at the orders written in a ledger while making coffee and helping the two boys all at the same time. We could see he was very stressed which made the experience unpleasant.
We orded bread rolls and coffee which arrived half an hour later with no napkins or cutlery. When my friend got up to find some napkins, the owner rudely asked her, what did she want?
We won't be going back there until the sevice improves.
