点评：I attended a children’s birthday party a few weeks back and it was one of the worst parties i had ever been to ( i wouldn’t even call it a party more like a free for all ). This place is far too small in general and very overbooked for each play session, especially when there is a party going on. The 4 tables that were reserved for the party were not enough as the rest of the public attending play sessions were left stand. Not to mention, the tables were so unclean and sticky and so close together me and my partner where practically sitting on the families knees that where next to us. The queues were massive for the ‘cafe’ and when i finally got to the front, the ‘chef’ said we couldn’t place our food orders. The whole place had an unusual smell of cat urine / rat feces and the carpets were filfy. Most of the staff in there all look very young, untrained and most definitely couldn’t keep control of the place and looked rushed around ( Not their fault more the managers ) whilst the boss and some older woman where stood in the kitchen on their phones. The size of the ‘Party Room’ ( A section out of the actual play area ) was ridiculously small and i felt like we all couldn’t catch a breath. For the amount they charged for a party (£200 or more) i’d expect the food and catering to be a bit better. i wouldn’t even have my child’s party here for free, One of the children that was at the party banged his head on the play frame and, As the mum went over to a staff member, he smirked and didn’t say anything and then came back with a small, luke warm ‘ice pack’. Didn’t even ask if anybody was okay or if their was anything he could do. So unprofessional and a lot of room for improvement.
Normally I don’t bother writing reviews, but this was needed. I would avoid this place at all costs, whether your child has been invited to a party here or you were thinking about coming here in your free time, don’t bother. There’s 3 hours of my life i won’t be getting back.
