点评：Adult family and friends group of 12 and 2 fan boats trip Sunday Aug 24. We arrived on time and weather was great. We left on time. The two guides were great and no complaints with them at all. We saw some dolphins in the cove area as we departed and spent about 10 minutes watching them. We rode through river trails in the mangroves. It was pretty but not exhilarating. Ultimately one of the boats broke down and we spent 10-15 minutes sitting with the that boat while they tried to get it going to no avail. Mosquitoes descend on sitting passengers. No problem at all when moving. We left and they spent another 20 minutes sitting there waiting for a mechanic to arrive entertaining mosquitoes. Not sure the other group got their full ride but everyone seemed to enjoy and we all agreed sometimes things happen. We tipped the drivers pretty well and moved onto driving over to see the alligator show. Those facilities where the alligators and crocodiles and some tigers and otters are VERY POOR. Concrete square tanks full of dirty water. Otters were in direct heat and had very little shade and they were lethargic and looked so miserable. Nothing to play with and again in dirty standing water. Otters are typically playful and energetic. The young guy in charge of the show was not professional and was kind of insulting and threatened little kids that he feed them to the alligators. He was dressed in torn dirty jeans and tried to be funny and he really wasn’t. The facilities are terrible and dirty and run down. It actually made us all feel sorry for all the animals. Come on Captain Jack’s. You can do better.
