Nakalele Blowhole a Must See & Listen to the Warnings!!!

点评：The Nakalele Blowhole didn't disappoint and it should be noted, beware of the power of mother nature, water, and listen to the warnings of getting to close. A "Instagramer" being filmed by her boyfriend (husband) was having fun until a monster wave broke over the rocks, swept her off her feet, crashed her to the rocks, and if there was more water would have continued to pull her towards the blow hole. Don't do die for likes.
Moving on to the fun. The walk down was rocky and at times slick on the fine pebbles so wear closed toed shoes with decent traction and step on the rocks and avoid areas of small pebbles. The small pebbles turn to ball bearings on the steap parts and will sweap your feet out from underneith you. Though everyone has a different style, that is mine.
The views were amazing from top to bottom and the Nakalele Blowhole was lively on incoming tide. We arrived about 30 minutes from high tide (download a tide app to time your trip) as the high tide will produce the largest jets and active coastline.
We were down there for about an hour just watching, talking, taking family and drone photos while soaking in Maui's beautiful weather. If you're into photo and video creation for home movies or socials, Nakalele Blowhole is a must see as it doesn't require all day to go and see. Here are my drone pictures from our day on 11/30/24.
