点评：Yes & No. disappointing. The reason why- on arriving all classes were fully booked with people waiting in a queue for classes. Members given priority four day before to book classes. On a spa day you can only book on the day. When you’re there all day waiting for the massage in the afternoon there is hardly anything to do. 2 stream rooms, 2 small saunas, 2 small jacuzzi’s, swimming pool. Only relaxing to a point, a bit bored. Good job there wasn’t many people there. All in classes (ha ha).
The massage was lovely. Nice relaxation room before & nice massage room. Very pleasant competent masseurs. Really enjoyed it, could have stayed there all afternoon. Which saved the day. Unfortunately on the way out the abrupt receptionist asked if we had a nice day. To which we replied would have been better if we could have booked a class. She was so blunt no apologies just said company policy. She was also abrupt about her colleague. Which in the end ruined the day. If this is company policy then it is wrong. You should leave some spaces for spa day people. If they don’t want to have a class then offer it to queing people.
This would also help recruit people to join if they like the class or at least come back on a spa day.
I wouldn’t book or recommend a spa day to anyone here. Wouldn’t become a member as it looks like not enough spaces for everyone to do a class. So pointless being a member. Very disappointing.
