Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Burton on Trent的点评
点评：I booked a spa day for a special treat for my sister’s birthday to include a full Elemis facial.
This was booked through spa days. When the confirmation came through our facial had been booked for 0915 am. This meant that using the spa facilities such as the pool and sauna afterwards would totally ruin the facial.
When attempting to change the time of the facial we were told that this was not possible and that we should have arrived at 0600 am in order to fit in the spa!! This was not our idea of a relaxing day ! Neither spa days or Bannatyne were helpful and simply passed the buck to each other. Sadly we left straight after the facial and were unable to enjoy the facilities for the rest of the day. No offer of amendment, re visit or refund was offered by either organisation . Please note it is not possible to select a treatment time on booking.
We had planned to enjoy this facility once a month as a treat but will absolutely NOT be booking again. Please be aware and we definitely do not recommend booking a spa day at this facility or through spa days.
