点评：We spent our holiday at Excelsior Hotel, SPA & Lido – Preferred Hotels & Resorts in Pesaro, and we were absolutely thrilled! This hotel combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service at the highest level.
Staff & Service:
The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. Every wish was fulfilled with genuine warmth and care. A standout detail: at the beach, there’s a button on your table to call the staff, and every day, going to the beach, you become fresh, ice-cold water – free of charge. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated.
Location & Beach:
The location right on the private sandy beach is ideal. Everything is well-maintained, stylish, and thoughtfully organized. The beach loungers are assigned to your room – we were in room 202, first row with a breathtaking sea view. Simply perfect! The promenade is just a short walk away with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.
Rooms & Amenities:
Our room was luxuriously furnished, featuring a private jacuzzi and elegant design. Every little detail was carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.
Dining:
The hotel restaurant is a true culinary gem. The dishes are not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious – creative, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was consistently attentive and professional. A must-visit for food lovers!
Wellness & Spa:
The spa area is a true oasis of calm and relaxation – stylish, modern, and offering a great selection of treatments. Ideal for unwinding in a luxurious atmosphere.
Conclusion:
I consider myself quite demanding and detail-oriented, but honestly – there was nothing negative to say. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way and is worth every cent. I can highly recommend it and would return without hesitation. A truly memorable stay!
