Rude customer service and a Very Slow round

点评：Played a very long round on a very short course.
The man behind the till could really use some classes on how to treat people who are willing to pay to play your course. This is the third round I have had out there and he has been SO rude on all occasions.
The gal in charge of the carts was absolutely lovely.
Nowhere in the clubhouse, or anywhere on the course was a sign telling you where the pin placement for the day was. I was very glad I had a range finder so that I could determine how far it was to the pin as all the flags were blue. I'm sure anyone with a GPS watch was screwed.
Never once did we see a Marshall on the course which is probably why the pace of play was so slow. 4 1/2 hours for this course is way too long.
The greens had some hail damage which was unfortunate, but I must say the rest of the course was in good shape.
