点评:As many contributors have previously said - Le Shuttle is just about making money with no concern whatsoever for customer service. The English side doesn’t seem to be too bad but the French side is chaos. Arrived at 17.04, booked train time was 18.38 - it is now 22.13 and we’ve just started to move. Been sat in the car for over 4 hours - just between the terminal and the train. This on top of a 10 hour journey through France (with a dog). Shockingly poor management- no excuse that a lot of people are travelling today - if they sell the tickets they should be obliged to handle the volume. In what world is this acceptable? I really don’t know how they are allowed to get away with it. Why is there no regulation? This is not the first time we’ve experienced such delays either. Definitely will take the ferry next time. Management should be ashamed of themselves! They’re probably just sitting back enjoying their Christmas bonuses!
