点评：After arriving on time, we were left waiting for 15 mins and then asked, by the receptionist, who was polite, if we could come back in 2 hours time - we explained we couldn't.
The reason for this bad review involves the pilot. During all these conversations he had been taking part in a video conference which perhaps had to be curtailed as we couldn't come back in 2 hours time. He didn't introduce himself although I overheard his name was Marco. There was no safety procedures given and no commentary at all. The pilot also appeared to be looking at his mobile during the flight. I had paid 400 Euros for this birthday surprise flight for my husband. Whilst the views of Lake Como were lovely, it was hugely overpriced and pointing out a few details and having some people skills on the part of the pilot, wouldn't have come amiss.
