Great tour. Must see.

点评：Booking online was straightforward and there were slots still available in the morning of the trip. I used the Roam transit from downtown Banff and arrived in a timely fashion. Check in process was also straightforward and organisation for boarding and disembarking was very efficient.
On board you are assigned a seat, so you are not able to pick your own. Boats are relatively small so everyone has a great view and there is an open deck at the back should you wish to stand outside. Windows also open.
There are 2 crew members. One to navigate and one to provide commentary and answer any questions. On my tour these two were both very friendly, with a great sense of humour and fun. The commentary was informative and interesting, without sounding like a primary classroom lecture.
The whole tour lasts 1 hour. The lake is beautiful and the tour was a lot of fun, largely due to the crew. A thoroughly enjoyable trip and I would certainly recommend.
