The Christmas Day experience was EXCEPTIONAL

点评：Meant to review this in Dec so alittle late . We joined six of our friends for Christmas Day lunch at The Lodmoor - We booked our table for 2pm and from the moment we arrived until we left (4.30) the time spent at The Lodmoor was very enjoyable . As usual Andy and his team were on hand making sure everyone was being treated with care . We had Meghan (from memory , apologies if this is not her name ) look after us and providing excellent front of house skills . The courses were beautifully presented and we were not rushed in anyway . Nice little touches were added which we thought were thoughtful - goody bags on the table for example as-well as the usual crackers and decoration .I have to say that it was special to see at every table a candle decoration with words remembering loved ones . On arrival complimentary drinks were offered which given the price - under £60 per person - we thought was amazing . Such excellent value . We will certainly be back next year - who wants to cook and wash up on Xmas day . I know in these days of economic uncertainly for many going out for Xmas day is a considered spend - but , I would say just put afew £s aside each week - start now - and atleast you will be assured of a lovely Christmas Day with a fab atmosphere at The Lodmoor .
