点评：I arranged to meet my friend at Trentham today 28/3/25 as we don’t see each other very often . We had a lovely day looking around the shops.
We called at the restaurant in the great hall for our lunch.
We both had the omelette, with a choice of 3 fillings , salmon , cheese and sun dried tomatoes. We’ve had this before!
When they bought them out I noticed the cheese was in a small pot and not cooked in the omelette as usual.
I informed the waitress who said she would tell the kitchen , my friend started to eat hers as she was hungry .
The waitress returned 15 minutes later later but the omelette she bought was only with bacon , which I had not ordered. The waitress went away and returned 10-15 minutes later later later with the correct order .
This was not a pleasurable experience , despite the food being nice , me and my friend both ate alone which is not acceptable.
The waitress was very apologetic of the kitchen error.
There was no recompense which surprised me considering the 3 times my food was bought out was due to the kitchen error!
I paid £31.20p for 2 meals and 2 pots of tea, by direct debit.
