Kilen Woods State Park的点评
点评：Over the years my wife and I have hiked in almost all of Minnesota's state parks. They are the gems of the state. And Kilen Woods is a well hidden in the far southwestern corner of the state. The trails are surprising wooded given that the park in located among miles of soybean and corn fields. The best part is the hiking. There are some who've reviewed this same place and found fault with the trails. I think that they'd be better off on a golf course where the terrain is level and grass nicely cut. That's not Kilen Woods SP where the trails sometimes can be gravel, grass or dirt with steep up and down slops. Some trails are very narrow and somewhat overgrown. But it's a hike - not a walk in the park. The campground was very nice. Can it be windy there? Yep. If the wind or rain or sun is an issue you should consider one of the fine motels in Lakeland.
