点评：Having attended Toscana Saporita on several occasions, I have consistently found each experience to be transformative. The term “cooking school” does not adequately encapsulate the comprehensive nature of this institution. It offers a mini Tuscan vacation, providing an in-depth culinary education, historical insights into Italian cuisine, and practical hands-on lessons in crafting delectable Italian dishes using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
As an Italian-American born and raised, my knowledge of the exquisite cuisine of Northern Italy was limited. Sandra’s guidance has unveiled a newfound appreciation for this region’s culinary delights, transforming me into a local food enthusiast within my South Carolina community. My neighbors eagerly seek invitations to dinner at my home.
Upon departing the school, I am left with a wealth of knowledge and a few additional pounds, but the genuine connections I have made, particularly with Sandra, Marco, and her staff, have made the experience truly unforgettable. They have become cherished friends, akin to family.
