点评:Went to rent a canoe with my wife. When we entered the docs and I asked in italian ( I'm from Finland but I speak italian) that we would like to rent a canoe this elderly guy didn't even say hello. He only asked in english that do we have an ID or license. I said no we don't and asked do we really need ID to rent a canoe and there is no such info on their website regarding this matter. He replied with a face like a angry small and old Chihuahua: "do I look like I'm joking and do you want me to repeat what I just said?" I said no that's pretty clear. Then I asked if there's anything we could rent without an ID since we already walked there 2,5 km. Then he was already turning red on his Chihuahua face and asked again if he needs to repeat what he said. I was amazed with he's great talent of treating paying customers and wished him all the best with his remaining life. Don't go there if you don't want your day to be ruined. Actually I'm glad that we were unsuccessful to rent the canoe. Wonder what other problems we might have faced if we rented something from this guy. :D Sadly there was also a younger guy working there who has to witness this kind of customer service. Overall it's a good thing that this is not the only place to rent.
